I work with technical information every day, so understanding the subject is not my problem. Explaining it clearly to someone else is. I recently spent hours writing a short document that still sounded confusing when I read it back. Now I am thinking about whether to hire technical content writer. Has anyone hired one for this reason? How did you explain the technical side of your work? I would love to hear if having someone else handle the writing made communication easier.
